Refunds And Returns
We want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase and trust that this will be the case most of the time. However, if you do change your mind, you have 21 days to return your products and obtain a refund. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items (if applicable)
Please note that we are only able to provide refunds for regular priced items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To arrange a refund, please follow these steps:
- You must email us at email@example.com. Please add "REFUND" in the email title along with your original order ID. Please detail the items you wish to return.
- Please explain if you would like a refund, a replacement or an exchange.
- Await a confirmation email from us. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
- Once your return is confirmed, please pack the item(s) as securely as possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.
- Shipping costs will have to borne by yourself and is non-refundable.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we haven't received your item we cannot process any refund.
On receipt of your returned items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return to sender/ Items returned back to Body N Seoul
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the package will be expected to be sent back to Body N Seoul. In most cases our delivery partner will leave a slip with details of the missed delivery, although sometimes this may not be the case. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to keep track of the package using the email link provided when purchasing.
If you wish to have the package sent out again, Body N Seoul reserve the right to charge additionally for the second shipping.
